As a Personal Cruise Consultant at Probe CX, your primary responsibility will involve customer interactions through outbound sales calls. However, you may also handle inbound calls and emails from loyal guests and prospects. Through outbound activities, you’ll focus on building strong relationships with customers, influencing them to secure their next cruise booking. On the other hand, inbound activities will involve pre-booking, pre-cruise, and post-cruise support. Working closely with Sales Coordinators, you will address customer inquiries, concerns, and questions, while efficiently managing existing bookings for both direct guests and travel advisors.
To excel in this role, you will leverage your expertise in the client-specific processes, policies, and products to address customer queries and provide timely assistance to meet their needs. This involves accessing the client’s reservations system to handle booking amendments or create new bookings.
